'D' is For Diploma
8 more days of classes until finals. W00t. Until then, work, work, work. These past two days have been hectic. Monday: VLSI homework (got most of it done over break). Tuesday: Nothing. Wednesday: Exam, Algorithms HW due, History paper due. Thursday and Friday: Wait for Senioritis to set in.
I have been engaged in academic work for almost 14 hours today in order to get things done for tomorrow. I guess I am regretting not spending my Thanksgiving BREAK time more efficiently. I haven't even started to study for the exam at 11:30 tomorrow. I guess I will wake up early to do that. It is great not having any classes until 11:30. Perhaps I will just sleep in and take the exam without studying. You know what they say, "'D' is for diploma." That phrase has never sounded so tempting. Oh, what am I saying? I know I'll wake up early to study. I haven't worked this hard to blow my GPA in my last semester. I think I'll wake up early tomorrow, take the exam, and treat myself to that Young's Double Chocolate Stout that has been sitting in my fridge for a week. Maybe I'll open the Cabernet Sauvignon. Or maybe I'll drive out to Cheesecake Factory and surprise Alison with desert and the Moscato she loves so.
