Feb 26th: The Story Behind the Food

East Coast Bon Appétit Fellow Carolina Fojo will host “The Story Behind the Food,” a presentation about some of the most pressing food issues that affect both Bon Appétit as a food service company and us as consumers. The conversation will center around tough social, humane, and environmental issues within the food industry: how a cheeseburger contributes to climate change; what tomatoes have to do with slavery; how poultry production can threaten our health; and most of all, what we can do about all of it.

Best of all, FREE Sustainable hors d’oeuvres will be served!
