Due to technical issues affecting the e-mail server, some e-mail users are experiencing difficulty downloading new messages through e-mail clients such as Eudora and Outlook. ITS is aware of this problem, and is working to resolve it. If you are having problems downloading mail, please access your e-mail through the fully functional Case WebMail facility at Case WebMail .
