The Case Instant Messenger gateway to Yahoo messenger has been disabled; Yahoo made a change to their Messenger protocol which is preventing the Case IM gateway from working. You can find more information about the problem at

Once the Openfire IM gateway plugin is upgraded, we will reestablish the gateway to Yahoo messenger. Thank you for your patience.
