The survey will be available until 5:00 pm (EST) on Monday, April 7, 2008. The survey is completely confidential, and should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
Each year the ITS organization circulates this annual survey of customer satisfaction known as the Measures of Success project. Constructive input from all users is very important in evaluating evolving technology needs and expectations, and in shaping the future of technology and supporting services at Case Western Reserve University.
