Problem: IM server to be upgraded Cause: upgrading to the latest version Affects: access to the Case IM server Started: 07/26/2007 03:00 AM Resolved: 07/26/2007 06:00 AM
Notes:
I'm not sure how long the upgrade will take since it's actually two upgrades - one from 3.1.1 to 3.2.4, and from 3.2.4 to 3.3.2. It should be less than the full three hours.
