Problem: FW0 is having issues passing traffic Cause: undetermined Affects: All CWRU network users Started: 08/28/2007 03:15 AM Resolved: 08/28/2007 03:43 AM
Notes:
process to improve internet traffic issues. Fail active firewall out. this will cause standby unit to become active.
Monitoring will occur to determine if the problem is still present well running on standby unit. If problem is still happening the option is to update the firewalls to 7.1.4 from 6.3.3. this will require another downtime for the upgrade
