Call Managers were patched and restarted this morning during maintenance window.
It was a phased restart, meaning all call managers were not restarted at the same time, allowing for call survivability, though eventually all phones were forced to reset. No calls were seen on the gateway at this time.
I cannot see number of on-net calls in progress, it is possible there were on-net calls during the time of maintenance and they would perceive the system as being down.
Also as part of the maintenance, gateways were reset which would have caused 60 seconds of disconnection to the PSTN.
At this time, inbound/outbound service has been tested and is working.
Connection to voicemail servers verified.
I will need to test Administrator level bug fixes over time. This patch does not affect any user level settings.
