Problem: Case fw(0) cluster Cause: requires software upgrade from 6.x to 7.x Affects: all in and outbound INTERNET traffic Started: 12/08/2007 03:00 AM Resolved: 12/08/2007 06:00 AM
Notes:
This software upgrade will fix and resolve several issues that we are having as well as provide a good base for quarterly upgrades in the future.
currently waiting on a new part from Cisco eta 4 hours.
running on failover firewall currently
replacement parts have arrived and addition gbic modules have been pulled from spairs.
next window for repair is this evening at 3:00am.
Cisco Tac may be back up and accessible by then.
IBM reported that Cisco tac was down world wide this am around 4 am est. during the upgraded process
