[12/14/07 7:00 AM] - Maintenance is complete. The maintenance took somewhat longer than expected as the time to download the updates from the vendor site took longer than expected. Actual downtime of each box was about five minutes, and they were taken out of service before the update was started so there was no user impact.
We will take each server (of 3) out of production one at a time so the impact on performance should be negligible. Downtime for each box is expected to be about 10 minutes.
