Problem: Case Virtual Private Network (VPN) maintenance Cause: Preparation for VPN concentrator upgrade Affects: Case VPN Users Started: 12/16/2007 03:00 AM Resolved: 12/16/2007 03:15 AM
Notes:
Case VPN IP Subnet will be modified on 12/16 @ 3:00am in order to support the upcoming VPN concentrator upgrade. The two separated VPN Subnet will be combine into one single VPN subnet. Expected downtime to be about 5 minutes. End-users who have any existing VPN session at that time will be disconnected. End-users may reconnect after the maintenance is finished.
