Problem: firewall upgrades Cause: software requires an update Affects: all internet traffic will be interupted on an off Started: 12/15/2007 03:00 AM Resolved: 12/21/2007 06:00 AM
Notes:
internet traffic will be interupted between 3:00 am and 6:00am several times during the upgrade processes.
cisco Tac case is now open this will be worked again on sunday morning after 1:00am..
we are running with full failover and are redundant.
