[12/21/07 6:00 AM] - The upgrade has been completed and both boxes have reached steady state. We will continue to monitor the mail flow closely through the course of the day.
This is the same upgrade as we applied to the outgoing spam boxes. With this upgrade we will be taking one box out of service at a time. Since that will cause all incoming mail to flow through one box while the upgrade is in progress, we may notice some slight performance problems (longer connection times to smtp.case.edu).
