Problem: CSAgent trying to download Patches Cause: Issues caused by patching Affects: Work to be done during 3AM to 6AM outage window Started: 01/03/2007 03:00 AM Resolved: 01/03/2007 06:00 AM
Notes:
This is on the Windows Server Beagle.
This will be done during the 3AM to 6AM outage window on January 3rd. By the Windows Team.
Work to have a Patch re-applied.
The work will go as follows:
CSA will be disabled
Patch will be applied
CSA will be re-enabled.
*note- CSA=Cisco Security Agent.
