Emergency rollback is completed.

Engineers was notified that new VPN servers are giving inconsistent results that was not seen during BETA testing. A number of end-user complaint they were not able to log into the VPN services.
Engineers will swap VPN services back to the original VPN hardware (VPN3000 concentrator), while we continue to troubleshoot the new issue.
