Problem: Power Supply Failure on the UNIX server Wolfhound Cause: One of the rundudant power supplies has failed Affects: No one server, this is a redundant power supply Started: 12/28/2007 10:00 AM Resolved: 12/28/2007 11:00 AM
Notes:
Tim Wildow is coordinated efford, Riley Wilson will be on-site working with hardware vendor to replace power supply.
Server will not need to go down for work since it is a hot swappble, redundant power supply.
Work needs to be completed to reduce exposure risk of having only one power supply.
Applications on Server Peoplesoft FIN and Appworxs.
