kSL load balancer need software upgrade
One of the services affected will be the email system. Sending and receiving email will be unavailable during this time. Reading email that has already been delivered will still work.
upgrade to new version failed due to arp issues with the new hardware cisco tac case is open we will be revisiting this upgrade after cisco looks at the data
