Problem: Dively-P2-U1 Cause: to replace a old broken Leibert UPS with a new Leibert UPS Affects: no one Started: 01/16/2008 03:00 PM Resolved: 01/16/2008 06:00 PM
Notes:
The actual down-time was about forty minutes, but
the new UPS needed to be brought on-site, and
the old UPS needed to be brought off-site, hence
the actual time spent going back and forth was allotted
to be three hours, plus the UPSs are actually quite
big and heavy.
