Problem: Reboot of the UNIX Server Vampire Cause: Configuration issues Affects: Teamtrack Users - Outage from 5:00 - 7:00PM Started: 01/17/2008 05:00 PM Resolved: 01/17/2008 05:30 PM
Notes:
The server Vampire needs to be rebooted to fix configuration issues.
Reboot work will be completed by the TIS UNIX Group.
Teamtrack will be shutdown at 5:00PM.
Server will be rebooted after the application Teamtrack is shutdown.
Teamtrack will be brought back no later than 7:00 PM.
