Problem: MyCase portal maintanance Cause: Getting backups and performing maintanance Affects: MyCase portal Started: 01/23/2008 08:20 PM Resolved: 01/23/2008 08:55 PM
Notes:
We have received a possible fix from Oracle for the problems we have been experiencing over the past days. I am in the process of making a backup and then will apply the fix.
The fix has been installed....fingers are crossed that it will resolve our issues! Thanks for everyone's patience!
