Notes:
To install the new SSL cert for webservices.case.edu, CAS has to "trust" that new cert which means putting a new keystore in place for the Java code. The service should only be down momentarily.
The firewall is being rebooted tonight at 3am (http://blog.case.edu/its-status/2008/01/28/emergency_maintenance_campus_firewall_reboot_fw0_edge). So I'm pushing this up an hour to get it in beforehand.
