We will be upgrading two of the spam tagging mail servers to a newer version (the other 2 are already upgraded). The new software provides significantly better performance. While the upgrade is being applied the server will not delivery mail to the users installed on it. In addition those same users will be unable to change their spam settings. The installation of the upgrade itself takes about 15 minutes. No mail will be lost during the upgrade process, mail delivery into mailboxes will only be delayed.
We host about 1/4 of the active users on each box to be upgraded.
