Problem: 404 errors on blackboard.case.edu Cause: fallout from the firewall problems this morning Affects: gradebook, discussion boards, etc., on Blackboard Started: 03/28/2008 01:56 PM Resolved: 03/28/2008 04:53 PM
Notes:
The firewall changes this morning blocked access to a site that Blackboard needs to contact. Lou Changeri restored access to that site, and Blackboard was happy again after a restart.
