Problem: Windows Server Shi-Tzu is down. Cause: Unknown at this time Affects: Financial Peoplesoft scheduler Started: 03/28/2008 07:30 AM Resolved: 03/28/2008 11:30 AM
Notes:
The server is unresponsive. Windows Server Team is aware and troubleshooting the issue.
The server has been rebooted, and is showing no signs of error (hardware or software) at this time. SSE is reviewing options for resolution if lock-ups continue.
