Problem: Connectivity to IBM Mainframe Lost Cause: Unknown/ASX1000 Switches Rebooted to Resolve Affects: Admin Staff using ISIS, CICS, Cashiers, etc.. Started: 03/29/2008 04:30 PM Resolved: 03/30/2008 07:14 PM
Notes:
Network Engineer's are investigating problem. IBM system is operational, network connections to system broken.
Reboot of ASX1000 switches resolved problem.
