Problem: Reconfiguration of boot drive on the UNIX server dachshund (ie SFTP server) Cause: Boot Drive was never mirrored. Affects: Preventive Maintenance Started: 04/25/2008 05:00 AM Resolved: 04/25/2008 06:00 AM
Notes:
Boot drive in the server was never mirrored.
Server needs to be shutdown to reconfigure the servers internal drives to be mirrored.
Configuration changes will be made, then server will be rebooted for changes to take effect.
Maintenance Rescheduled till Friday Apr. 25th. There was no access to the console port on the server. This will be corrected on Wednesday.
Work was completed at schedule. Boot drives are now mirrored.
