Problem: MyCase portal database issue Cause: Ran out of database connection. Old connections were not timing out Affects: Users of the portal Started: 05/19/2008 01:00 PM Resolved: 05/19/2008 01:17 PM
Notes:
We changed the number of allowed connections and bounced the database. It appears to have solved the issue. I am investigating the connections not timing out issue.
