Problem: Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center connectivity problem Cause: Problem with Oarnet router in KSL Affects: CHSC users Started: 06/02/2008 09:44 AM Resolved: 06/02/2008 01:30 PM
Notes:
Problem is with T-1 interface on Cisco 7507 router in KSL. We have no access to that router; Oarnet must perform maintenance. We have contacted Oarnet support and opened a ticket.
