Problem: Issues with VoIP Phones Cause: UNknown at this time Affects: People trying to dial long distance and 368-HELP Started: 06/02/2008 10:25 AM Resolved: 06/02/2008 10:33 AM
Notes:
Phone route list problems needed to be resolved.
We are working on the problems. As a temporary work-around for getting to 368-HELP, please dial "9" and THEN 368-HELP.
