Problem: The whole of NRV houses Cause: Temperature Failure in the hub Affects: Wired, wireless and phone Started: 06/06/2008 11:18 AM Resolved: 06/06/2008 01:00 PM
Notes:
Had to replace the heat affected hardware with a cooler one. This should last for a while.
Plant services have been called to restore cooling to the SER. Building affected by this outage include:
