Notes:
7/18 16:53 Engineer has been monitoring the VPN service. VPN service is now stable. We'll continue to monitor the service and continue to work with equipment vendor to determine the root cause of the issue.
We are receiving reports of connectivity issues with VPN -- both initially and problems using the Internet after getting connected. Network Engineering is investigating.
