Problem: VPN services to be interrupted 7/25/2008 Cause: VPN Server reconfiguration to improve stability Affects: Case VPN Services Started: 07/25/2008 01:15 PM Resolved: 07/25/2008 01:30 PM
Notes:
VPN server will be reconfigure to eliminate the part of the configuration will cause the VPN stability issue.
Reconfiguration should take about 15 minutes. Existing VPN connection will be DISCONNECTED and user will have to RECONNECT after reconfiguration is finish.
