Problem: VPN Server to be Rebooted Cause: Software Upgrade Affects: Case VPN Services Started: 07/27/2008 09:00 PM Resolved: 07/27/2008 09:15 PM
Notes:
VPN Server has been rebooted with the new software version. Engineer will continue to monitor the VPN services closely.
Engineer is still seeing unstable VPN service.
VPN Server will be rebooted with the latest software available for the VPN server. Reboot should take about 10 minutes.
Existing VPN connection will be DISCONNECTED and user will have to RECONNECT after reconfiguration is finish.
