Problem: SSO was down Cause: Corrupted configuration file Affects: Single Sign On Started: 05/24/2009 04:15 AM Resolved: 05/24/2009 10:15 AM
Notes:
A corrupted configuration file caused the system fail to restart after the log files were rotated. The file has been fixed and the system is back in operation.
