Problem: MHMC-m1-e1 switches rebooted Cause: Lost Management Access Affects: Case Connectivity to EPBI group in MetroHealth Started: 06/01/2009 03:00 PM Resolved: 06/01/2009 03:03 PM
Notes:
Switches was rebooted on site in order to recover lost management access. Remote users were notified before the reboot.
