Problem: Case Wireless Network degraded Cause: Routing issue at OneCommunity Affects: Case Wireless Off Campus connection Started: 07/06/2009 11:50 AM Resolved: 07/06/2009 01:00 PM
Notes:
OneCommunity corrected their routing problem; external VPN service is again available.
Problem caused by routing issue at ISP.
Case Wireless users might experience problem with off campus Internet connectivity.
Workaround: Case wireless users are suggested to establish VPN session to connect to Internet rather than direct connecting to the Internet.
