Problem:   Single Sign On Service Down
Cause:     Looks like a loss of network connectivity
Affects:   All SSO user

Notes:

As far as we can determine, a number of items in Kelvin Smith Data Center mysteriously lost network connectivity about 1:45 this morning. That caused the SSO service on the server in KSL to crash. Since that server is a master, running the ticket database, the entire service was unavailable. Connectivity looks like it was restored about 6:45 and we were able to bring up the SSO service on both the master and slave about 15 minutes later. Full operation of the SSO system has been verified to have been restored.
