Problem: Some Users logging into FSRPT getting invalid name/password Cause: Problem with nightly clone from production Affects: Some PeopleSoft Financial users accessing FSRPT Started: 08/04/2009 07:00 AM Resolved: 08/04/2009 03:45 PM
Notes:
The nightly clone of the PeopleSoft Financials production database to the Reporting database FSRPT failed this morning. It was manually re-run. However some users are reporting that they get an invalid username/password when they try logging into FSRPT and they can access all other PeopleSoft environments, including production, successfully. Footprint tickets 587 and 604 have been opened for this issue.
The clone from Production to reporting is being re-run. The ETA for FSRPT being back on line is 4 pm.
UPDATE: The clone completed and users verified they were able to log in successfully. The problem has been resolved.
