Problem: Raymond House network connectivity lost Cause: Building switches is offline Affects: Case network connectivity to Raymond House Started: 08/07/2009 08:00 PM Resolved: 08/07/2009 10:24 PM
Notes:
Engineer found building switches was unable to load saved configuration due to failed NVRAM in the switches. Engineer was able to bypass NVRAM and restore switches configuration.
Building network connectivity restored.
