Problem: IM server to be restarted Cause: Gateway plug-in failure Affects: Access to IM Started: 08/12/2009 05:30 PM Resolved: 08/12/2009 05:45 PM
Notes:
We are receiving reports of problems accessing IM gateway functionality, so we will be restarting all IM services at 5:30 PM. The server should be down for less than 15 minutes.
