Problem: Server backup service temporarily unavailable Cause: Problems with the virtual tape library Affects: Users of server backup service Started: 08/14/2009 03:36 PM Resolved: 08/14/2009 04:00 PM
Notes:
Must restart Networker servers netwrkr-1, 2, and 3 in order to regain use of the virtual tape library.Only systems currently running backups or restores will be affected and there are none at this time. There are no backups scheduled to start during this time.
