Problem: Web Server to be Down Cause: Need to apply new SSL certificate Affects: Serveral web sites Started: 08/21/2009 05:00 AM Resolved: 08/21/2009 05:15 AM
Notes:
We need to restart the web server that runs several sites to apply a new SSL certificate. The total expected down time is actually about 5 minutes.
