Information Technology Services (ITS) is completing a project to upgrade the existing Call Manager system to a new vendor release version. The conversion to the new Call Manager system will take place at midnight, August 21. There will be brief and intermittent phone outages throughout the upgrade from 12:01 to 6 a.m. on August 21. As a result, some users may experience an incorrect message indicator on their phones on Friday morning. Users are being asked to check their voicemail and look at their e-mail to see if there is a message waiting for their retrieval. Campus community members are being asked to send reports of problems to the Help Desk by calling 368-HELP.
