Problem: Server backup service temporarily unavailable. Cause: Virtual tape library is hung. Affects: Users of server backup service. Started: 08/24/2009 11:45 AM Resolved: 08/24/2009 12:30 PM
Notes:
All virtual tape drives on netwrkr-2 went into service mode. Restarting Legato on all three Networker servers; Legato now reporting that the CDL is "not ready".
