The issue has been resolved. A rule to block an unrelated product's buffer overflow attack issue inadvertently blocked the MyCase login server as well.
On initial inspection, the new firewall hardware may not be the problem. Network Engineering is continuing to look into what is blocking off campus traffic.
The MyCase portal is not interacting well to a new piece of firewall equipment installed last Friday. Network Engineering is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.
We are investigating the issues regarding an intermittent outage on the MyCase Portal.
