Problem: MetroHealth VPN Tunnel was down Cause: Firewall failed over occured Affects: Case network to MetroHeath Rammelkemp Center (former EPBI) Started: 09/02/2009 09:05 AM Resolved: 09/02/2009 09:15 PM
Notes:
Engineer found firewall failover occur at 9:05am this morning. VPN tunnel was known to goes down if failover occur. Engineer has restored vpn tunnel and connectivity.
