Problem: Internet Traffic Issues Cause: ISP Router Failure Affects: ALL Started: 09/04/2009 04:20 PM Resolved: 09/04/2009 07:51 PM
Notes:
OneCommunity reports a router failure at their ISP (Level3) has caused unexpected changes in internet routing of traffic. The result caused asymmetric routing of Case traffic in and out of OneCommunity. Shut down of the redundant link did not correct the issue - OneCommunity is still not advertising full routing tables to us. The current situation is driving most of our traffic through OarNet. OneCommunity is working on the problem.
OneCleveland has corrected the issue - we are receiving full routing tables and traffic flows are normalizing.
