Problem: Rockefeller Fast Ethernet/Ethernet 24-Port Fiber-Optical Module Failed. Cause: Both of Rockefeller SER 1's HVACs Failed. Affects: Up-to-Twenty-Four Fast Ethernet/Ethernet Fiber-Optical Network Connections Started: 09/09/2009 04:00 PM Resolved: 09/10/2009 02:00 PM
Notes:
An HVAC Technician has been dispatched,
to the Rockefeller SER 1, the floor model HVAC has failed,
and it has been taken away, while the other HVAC, which
goes to the roof, its chiller is being checked out now.
In the meanwhile, the Module in the Slot 13 has been removed,
and it has been replaced by another module in the Slot 3;
with the same network configurations.
