Problem: UNIX Student Server ERPUAPP01 Rebooted. Cause: Unknown at this time. Affects: No one affected, application is load balanced. Started: 09/15/2009 08:30 AM Resolved: 09/15/2009 08:35 AM
Notes:
Application admins where unable to log into the physical server. Application was comfirmed working, but Application admins needed to access the server.
There were issues with getting to the console of the machine, it was decided to reboot the server. The decision was made while activity on the server was low.
Server is now availible.
