Problem: Server backup service temporarily unavailable Cause: 3 tapes stuck in virtual tape library drives Affects: Users of server backup service Started: 09/21/2009 05:00 PM Resolved: 09/21/2009 05:15 PM
Notes:
Must restart Networker server netwrkr-1 in order to regain use of tapes and tape drives. Only systems currently running backups or restores will be affected and there are none at this time. There are no backups scheduled to start during this time.
